The cons are the daily buffets and beverages which are below average and quite repetitive. My family initially took the family apartment which turned out to have very old furniture, only one AC in one of the rooms and a very old shower with bad curtains so the water ended up on the floor. "Hotel was very nice. Breakfast was decent. Housekeeping staff did a nice job with cleanliness. The only minor thing was the beds were not the most comfortable to sleep in, otherwise no complaints. "

"Very nice, authentic hotel with beautiful garden and surroundings and beautiful beach. Bathroom condition was poor, there was no shower tray, just the blocked water drain that caused flooding of the bathroom floor. Room balcony was large and really nice and beds very comfortable apart from pillows that were too firm. Room and the bedding was clean. Staff was very nice, friendly and helpful but food in the main restaurant wasn't edible so we had to eat sandwiches at the beech/pool bar because...

"We had an amazing time while we stayed at the Ohana hotel. The staff treated us and our kids like we were family and greeted us every time we came in. They remembered how we liked our coffee in the morning and made us feel so welcomed! Highly recommend staying here!! "
