Granted, Hurricane Beryl had come through 2 weeks prior BUT there was no warning or heads up on this. We had a family trip with kids looking forward to the pool. I sent a message via hotels.com asking why I was not made aware that all amenities were not accessible at the time. This was an expensive trip and I would have loved to know that the pool was not...
