"The condo was beautiful. The view was amazing. My only complaint is the lack of transparency on the part of the owner of the property. Two major things should be listed clearly in the condo listing. First, the condo is on the 3rd floor. I was unaware of this fact until a few days before. This property does not have an elevator. For most people this may not be an issue however I have a severe heart condition. I’m a single mom on vacation with my child. I had no one to help me lug suitcases up...

"The apartment was beautiful and spacious. Literally, right across from the beach and view to the pool. It was so clean and comfortable and quiet neighbors. Highly recommend, will stay here again!! "

"The outside of the building is being renovated, so it's a little deceiving looking, but this is an extremely nice place. The people were extremely friendly and helpful. The pools were all clean and we throroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. The only complaint we have is one of the elevators likes to play "roulette" in that you never know if you're going to land where you're planning to go. That's not a big deal though...we just rode it up and then back down."

"I have rented this exact condo before two other times. All the things that were broken or missing or not working are still unavailable or inoperable. Plus new things. It costs way too much to rent this and have such minimal care taken with the rental. It’s in bad need of some maintenance work. I’m not sure if it’s the rental agency not passing on messages or the owners simply don’t care. And if you have a maintenance issue- it’s at best a 24 hour wait - if they show up at all.
