"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel, which is located in a former castle. The atmosphere is truly special, with historic charm and a unique character. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Our room was comfortable, quiet and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the feeling of staying in a real historic building. A lovely place for a relaxing getaway, especially if you appreciate history, beautiful architecture and a calm atmosphere. We would be happy to stay here again!"

"A great location near downtown, shopping, the pedestrian zone, and the bike path along the Danube. Room were clean, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast offered cold and warm choices. Overall, a great experience."

"Lovely historic hotel with spacious rooms. No air-conditioning but small fans supplied. Most rooms have balcony and park view. Well appointed rooms. Friendly reception staff but reception closes at 6.00pm, so later arrivals collect key from box and dont meet hotel staff until the following day. Restaurant and bar is operated by a separate business, not by the hotel. Breakfast staff are neither welcoming nor attentive. Disappointing breakfast, almost no fresh fruit, none at all one morning, just a bowl of apples another morning. Breakfast staff do not top up when items are gone, except for some bread rolls. They are more interested in clearing tables almost before you have finished eating. Coffee machine is difficult to use and milk runs out frequently. We have stayed here previously when breakfast was superb, but hotel ownership has since changed. We didn't use the restaurant following the poor breakfast experience."

"The location is probably the best and the premises and staff make the experience of staying at this hotel a very convenient and relaxing occasion. The breakfast is always well appointed with a large variety of delicious and fresh items available. The air conditioner was a true blessing in the midst of a hot unusual summer and the efficiency of the housekeeping crew is most commendable. Perfect in every way, this is probably one of the best quality-priced valuable stays in Wien, hands down."
