The only (small) downfalls were: 1) The batteries in the remote control ran out after the first day but we couldn’t open the back because it needed a little screw driver! Maybe it’s an idea to keep a set there?! 2) All the windows, except one little one, had curtains/a blind, which was annoying because there was a lack of privacy when the other guests were walking past, especially when moving between the bedroom and bathroom! 3) There was no oven tray....

"This is a hidden gem in the heart of Vienna. Easy to access and very near to the U-bahn! Karlsplatz is merely 7 stops away and so it the city center. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would be back again. And yes the famous Schönbrunn palace is at a walking distance of 5-10 minutes : )"

This trip started with a brief misunderstanding between me and a staff member. Sometimes things happen !
