"First, the positive: The staff is very friendly and helpful! There are free bicycles or electric cart rides to My Son Sanctuary (which was really beautiful and nice to visit) The rooms are spacious and beds are decently comfortable. The photos are VERY outdated. By European standards this would be a 2-3 star hotel. It was a little eerie to be honest. Felt abandoned and we were one of 5 guests staying at this massive place. "Although the room and general facilities were ok, the air-conditioning is not very efficient, small maintenance is required, ie loose door handles, and options like free bikes unavailable due to all having flat tyres. Given the low occupancy would have been nice to be given the option for an upstairs room with view. On the upside pool is amazing and free included breakfast is plentiful with good options"
