"Me and my wife just back from resort 2 day ago. We was very satisfied with room and rest area service. Clean and noise level around. All stuff perfect. Unfortunately many visitors from US was cancel reservation due previous cartel and police problem concerns. But this is not right! Everything is calm and safe. So if you planned just do it and good luck for everyone!"

"El hotel es bueno,solo que no te dejan consumir bebidas que tú llevas,para otra ocasión solo reservaría el hotel ya que el desayuno está súper malo,los chilaquiles sabían a puro aceite malo,el 10 de mayo tuvieron evento y ya se imaginarán el montón de gente que había!las albercas muy bonitas y en general te atienden bien pero los de el área de bar y restaurante esos si no,los demás en el lobby muy atentos!!!"

"Clean rooms, mostly locals/non-foreigners but that may be due to the timing of our visit. I only stayed for three days but the Italian night food was Not It but it is what it is for all-inclusive. However, their mexican cuisine and breakfast is top-notch, no complaints. All you can eat and drink and it's pretty easy and quick to get a drink at any time. Quiet in the morning, starts to pick up at around noon but pools (many) are available till around 10PM, and there is a rooftop lounge/pool area...

"The staff is what saved this resort. Every single staff member is truly amazing.
Resort needs a deep clean overall. Lots of broken tiles in pools. Beach chairs are filthy.
On plus side. Views from ocean side rooms are beautiful. Rooms big. Variety in restaurant choices. Amazing staff.
During my first week I stayed in a Riu resort and moved to Fiesta for my second. Payed more than at Riu for the week so I expected better or at least the same experience. I was disappointed.
