This was our second stay here at Villas del Palmar Flamingos. As always the room was spotless clean at arrival and during the stay. Hotel is in excellent condition and the beach is amazing. Food and food and beverage service is great. The only 2 things is that air conditionate on room made too much noise, and they charge a 15% tip plus 16% tax on every bill (in Mexico service is charged separetely) so beware on double tipping when paying the bill.

They do an amazing job of looking after the property. Very clean and well kept. The staff are awesome with friendly and prompt service. They go above and beyond in so many ways. Food was excellent with a nice variety for a smaller resort.

Many things to like about the property. Rooms are wonderful and clean, housekeeping was amazing and location is good. Only issue was the staff was not very friendly, the $75 day spa credit was a joke (you can only use credit from 4 to 7pm and massages started at $230) and they are a little too pushy about the timeshare option.
