"This hotel is one of a larger number of hotels located in a fairly remote area. Surprisingly this was one of the few hotels in the area available on Travelocity. I picked this hotel for its proximity to the train station though there are no restaurants or shops nearby so I would not recommend it for a longer stay. I stayed one night. "this hotel has the best view of the best part of Qingdao city. It is located cross from the famous beach. Guests can see sunrise, seagulls, maintain and the city scape from their windows. The subway and bus stations are less than 10 minutes walk distance. The hotel has a revolving restaurant on the 25th floor. The staff is hospitable. The building is old, yet room is clean and equipped with all necessities. "

"The room was beautiful. The bathroom had glass walls with a tub in the outer portion and a huge shower and Toilet each in there own space with frosted glass doors. We had a corner room and it had a huge curves windo from floor to ceiling on two sides. I would have liked a pool. The buffet breakfast was great but a little pricey at $12 so we ended up going to a nearby Starbucks after the first day. "
