"I’ve stayed in this hotel many times and now I’m begging to see small details that feel like the quality of the services are not up to the usual standards as they were as recently as 3 years ago, the staff are always impeccable as always and can not be faulted for their work and hospitality which is a credit to them and a big part of why I use this hotel, but definitely there are small details that show that quality is suffering."

"This hotel was of the highest standard in all areas. The staff were helpful, welcoming and any extras were delivered almost immediately to our room. The facilities were excellent, everything was provided and its location was ideally situated for all the sights of Malaga. "The hotel is old and it shows the rooms, are musty and you can easily hear through the walls. They are working on the property which is quite loud and noisy. After May1 they charge for pool chair cushions and there is no set layout for the space around the pool and tanning. Seems quite hap hazard. When I asked other guests what time dinner started no one had an idea and it’s not posted anywhere. When I asked the front desk about the hotel layout and if they had a map I was told walk around and look for yourself. All in all not impressed for the money they charge."

"The hotel was a lot bigger than we expected. Breakfast was very busy whatever time we went. The food was very nice but the coffee from a machine is awful. Even the waiter agreed with us! Not very keen on birds flying round the dining room and cats around the outside tables. The room was very nice and cleaned well. It’s quite a walk into Torremolinos along the seafront but easily reached by train"
