"If you make sure to get a newly renovated room, all is good. If you don’t, it’s a completely different stay. The rooms that are not renovated are dingy older and need a deep cleaning. Shower is small, etc. If you get a newly renovated room it’s completely opposite. Air-conditioning is fabulous. Beds are comfortable pillows are wonderful, etc.
The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the pool and pool chairs were fabulous.

"Very close to city of comfortable 10 min walk.. and to ferry boat navigazion is about another 10 leisurely walk…the nearest train is Como Borghi about a 5-7min walk…
the room for our family of 4 was very spacious, and clean; their door key is an old key with a heavy keychain but I found it charming..
it has a lift/elevator which is very helpful for those with big luggage..

"I was incredibly surprised to find such a gem in Lugano. ALLthe staff (front desk, restaurant, gym, spa) were warm and welcoming and most important competent. The rooms are sparse but super clean and functional apartments. I enjoyed the spa services and products as well as the gym classes. The restaurant was the biggest surprise- should have a Michelin star. Excellent food, presentation and knowledgable and attentive staff. The view is gorgeous- i fact we saw an end to end rainbow one day...

Salvo solo la receptionist che al check in e’ stata rapida e gentile.
Struttura modesta in una location periferica.
Camera dozzinale,buia,lenzuola che non riuscivano a coprire tutto il materasso e con un top per da 1 cm inutile a dir poco inoltre e mal organizzata con impianto luci improponibile.
