"Our flight was delayed and our car rental fell through so we ended up taking a taxi from Bergamo. It was early hours of the morning when we arrived and Edin had waited for us on his own accord, checked us in and showed us to our beautiful room ! The room was clean and super comfy. The room had a lovely balcony overlooking the incredible terrain.The following morning Alessia organised a taxi for us to get to Brescia with no issues at all and she was extremely helpful and nice ! "Ottima soluzione per godersi la montagna da vicino. Accoglienza ottima, come tutto il personale: gentili e sorridenti Camera ( la nostra exclusive ) vista montagna spaziosa e moderna. Alcune pecche: abbiamo prenotato un matrimoniale… ci siamo trovati due letti singoli uniti, è stato fastidioso. Doccia un po’ datata e con segni d’usura. Nota di merito per i cuscini. Spa ottima. Sauna e bagno turco in particolare. Unica nota negativa la temperatura troppo bassa per la piscina interna....
