"Okay, to be fair, it is off season, however the web site did not indicate that everything would be closed. We got there on Sunday before Memorial Day and there was a DJ and the pool bar was open. However, come Monday, the hotel was pretty empty. No pool bar, no restaurants , no bar inside, no coffee, nothing! There is an area for essentials, but nothing special. I really thought we were going to get room service! (as the web site indicates) The pool area was never cleaned again after the party...

"it was a nice property. It's a little dated, but what made it the best was the staff from the check-in when we were at the pool even into when we got our food delivered into our room. I would definitely recommend staying here."

"It was a pleasant stay. My only call out was for a hotel being less than 2 yrs old it looked rundown already. Also if they have pool rules they need to I force them! Walking into the pool area and seeing 90% of the chairs with personal belonging and the pool being empty, why pay for resort fees, when you can’t take advantage of them. #Heads-up"

"Very fun hotel with a fun vibe. Not super clean though and like some of the hallways just needed to be vacuumed but weren’t. Makes me wonder what other shortcuts they do while cleaning."

"The staff let us check in a half hour early, check out an hour later, and gave us access to the pool after we checked out. We really enjoyed celebrating our 29th Anniversary here! It is a beautiful campus, hotel, and area! Went golfing, to the movies, church, the mall, and restaurants nearby. They have a quiet pool and a couple with water slides. We enjoyed playing volleyball-basketball in the pool!"

"Honestly staff was good, property was shutting down for a remodel so I get it but! They did not disclose a there was a $35 destination fee per day, last I checked in California that violates SB 478 about hidden fees, finally when I receive my receipt it doesn’t state how much I paid? Originally this was booked for $638 and some change and on arrival I paid an additional $300.00 for what? A deposit? Front desk didn’t state that, my receipt shows no balance paid? I don’t understand."
