This property does not live up to the standards that we have experienced at other Westin hotels. Our room was filthy, the floor was covered in black dirt and had clearly not been mopped in a long time. The bedsheets had black marks on and the pillows had black marks that looked like mascara, one pillow was ripped. The table had a sticky substance on it. The furniture in the room was chipped, cracked and beaten up. The WiFi was not working. The check in staff told us that it had not been working for a while. There are no elevators, you will need to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs. This is not a typical hotel, the buildings look like apartments and the door opens to the outside. Outside of our room the floor was dirty and had large stains that looked like someone had vomited. I spent 15 minutes trying to call the check in desk, no one answered the phone so we returned to the check in desk and showed the man working the desk photos of the condition of the room. He said he could give us another room below our previous one. This would again be in the building that had no internet connection. At this point it was 11pm and after a 6 hour drive with two small children we just wanted to get to a comfortable room and decided that it would be best to leave. Expedia agreed to refund us but would first need to confirm with the hotel management. The Westin has refused to respond to Expedia and so Expedia has closed the case and denied us a refund. I do not recommend this property.
