My room was not ready at 14.00 - It took sometime to adjust the room temperature as it use a split AC (not a centralized one) - in-room dining menu is not available in the room so that we need to as for the menu from restaurant everytime an order is gonna be made - The only active elevator is one (1) out of three (3) - The breakfast was great, but unfortunately i found catterpillar/worm in the vegetable soup. Complained...
