"It was very convenient to have decent restaurants avaliable on site. The room was very clean and updated. The only odd thing was the gentleman who checked us out was very curt and not super friendly. He was like, you're good, see ya later, don't let the door hit you on the way out. "I liked the location and the common areas in the hotel. The staff (there are no butlers despite their claims) were accommodating and pleasant. Breakfast offerings were tasty but very limited and small. Prices at the bar were rather high. The plumbing in our room didn’t function properly - hot water filled the toilet occasionally. Overall, I would stay there again if I came to Buffalo. "

"The hosts were fantastic!Possibly the best We ve experienced in our many travels.Daniel Holly and Ky went out of their way to help us with our many inquiries re:attractions,transportation,restaurants.The breakfast were gourmet and individualized to our dietary restrictions.The residence was well appointed and totally charming,they have done a fantastic job with this stunning Victorian home!When we return to Buffalo we will stay here again!"

"Very easy and fast check in. Property manager managed to find ways to connect with me after unable to contact Expedia that our original property is closed on Sunday and we have to move to another property. The info provided was accurate. The location is really good. Close to city and easy access to metro even though due to COVID we didn’t take public transportation. We will definitely try the metro next time we are here."
