"The first room we were shown, room 12, was right next to the kitchen. It stank of food and was very noisy from the kitchen fan. We declined to stay in it and we were offered a room which had none of these problems. It was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed and a very nice bathroom. Unfortunately the TV remote didn’t work despite the efforts of staff to fix it and tractor on the premises, roared to life very close to our window at 6.10am. "We were welcomed and showed where to park. Went in and the lady welcomed us and showed us around and then took us up to our room.. A beautiful place all round. Spacious, clean and well lit room with tea making facilities (which we appreciate so much). Comfortable bed, nice shower and very yummy breakfast.
