"Clean but had some ants on the floor and housekeeping comes way too early (8 am) and stays till around 10 am and if you don’t leave the room by then, your room doesn’t get cleaned. Receptionists were super friendly and helpful. "

"The room was clean and the hotel staff was incredibly gracious. Every staff member we encountered was able to communicate in Italian and English. The food in the restaurant was amazingly good. We had aperitifs at the bar and dined in the restaurant several nights during our stay. The staff was very hospitable and the drinks and food were always great. "
