"The restaurants (both bar and regular) were both terrible yet rather expensive considering the poor quality of the food. The room was rather dirty, the air conditioning did not work and had to be fixed, and I killed bugs in the bathroom. It was very loud at night and I did not sleep well. The shuttle drivers were not friendly and would not help with luggage. It was not cheap plus they did not include breakfast, which probably was not good either. "Es todo excelente, excepto el momento de check-in, nos atendió una chica llamada Kmar i fué horrible, super mal educada, nos hizo esperar mas de 20 minutos para darnos el tiquet del aparcamiento, nos habló con aires de superioridad y con una muy mala educación, horrible, de verdad, menos mal que todo el resto del personal fueron super amables. Volveremos sin duda, el hotel está super bien ubicado, las camas son muy cómodas y el personal super amable, servicial y atento, EXCEPTO LA SEÑORA KMAR"

"Not worth the money at all. Towels had holes, shower rail /shower head didn't stay up, only 2 pathetic milk jiggers per day for 2, despite being given 4 sachets of coffee and 4 teabags- how does that work?!, stains on carpet and bed very firm, toilet flush button didn't work properly and finally the cleaner took one of our room keys. Not sure why this is rated 4 stars or what exactly we were paying over the odds for, maybe the unnecessarily huge tv that we weren't sat in the hotel room for....
