"The hotel is quite nice, and clean. The rooms were modern and spacious. The breakfast was great, as well as room service. The staff was super helpful. We arrived early and they checked our baggage so we could explore the city. The font desk was very informative with directions and suggestions for the city. The airport shuttle was nice and timely, and convenient to the airport. My son left his glasses and they found and shipped them to is in the US."

"I loved the hotel. It's so beautiful, modern and chic looking. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Special shout-out to Mohammed for his excellent restaurant recommendations, which I used. I hated to leave the hotel and the staff. The location is perfect and central to everything. I loved my room and heard no noise whatsoever from outside. The food and drinks at the restaurant hotel and bar were all excellent. I hope I can return to Barcelona one day. If I do, I'll be staying here...

And I found every member of staff at reception rude and unwelcoming. "Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit ! Die Unterkunft ist total sauber und perfekt gelegen. Die Klimaanlage hat trotz der wahnsinnig hohen Temperaturen perfekt funktioniert.
