"Everything was very expensive at the resort but the staff is very helpful and friendly. They make the best matcha at their coffee shop on site and also a nice latte. Restaurant was mediocre and I’d advise you to stay away from the lobster Mac. Tasted like a box brand to me. Other than that this place was very nice."

"When we checked in the room wasn't ready. It took 45 minutes to get settled and they gave what they said was an upgrade and $100 BDS credit. Nice room and it had a kitchen. Maid service was a bit unpredictable, the times we wanted it they just left us a bunch of towels. "It’s a beautiful boutique hotel and very well maintained. The staff was not informative at all upon arrival. We were not provided a map or direction of where anything was. Things were not explained. There are only two specialty restaurants and you are only able to eat at one every 3 days or you will have to pay $30 per person to eat at the restaurant. Theres only one restaurant that serves breakfast lunch and dinner and the option are limited therefore if you are a picky eater, this place is not...

"I will not go back this resort in future. Location and properties were good but the staffs are not friendly and some of them has attitude . Breakfast menu is almost the same everyday and most are deep fried and all food rich with oil.
