"Great all inclusive hotel for families with excellent facilities and fantastic food in terms of variety and quality as well as kind and attentive staff. The only negatives were that the staff did not explain well at all that the voucher for the a la carte restaurant gave a free meal and the umbrellas in the pool area were only allowed to be raised on 2 of the days in our week apparently due to the wind (so you had to go inside for shade). "The room was comfortable with a great bathroom, comfy bed, and pillows. The staff were always helpful. The buffet breakfast was amazing each day. Outside, the location was great near the bus stops. There was a lot of construction around, but no sounds in our room!"

"Emergency stay so not a problem for me for one night (self propelled wheelchair) Could be a problem /affect stay because wheelchair access is only to reception and from corridor (with tight right-angle making difficult if assistant pushed wheelchair. Cleaning equipment stored in hallway making access more difficult. Access to rooftop bar tight turn and again only possible to order if you have a companion. On plus point the staff were very helpful and happy to do what they could to assist. "

"The hotel was great, very modern and aesthetic. It has amazing facilities that are there for you to use at anytime and enjoy. The only downside is it’s very close to a party area if you are into that then I think you will be fine, we enjoyed the fact shops and food places were always open but didn’t enjoy how busy it was all the time, the drunk people and mess everywhere. Overall we enjoyed our stay and had a great time. "

"We liked the hotel as it had a new section that was so up to date. Other than yhe construction in front it was quiet. We just could not get a good meal down stairs. The morning buffett was good but the scrambled eggs needed to be cooked more & not so runny. Shower had mold in the corner & the jacuzzi switch was hidden & we were not told about that. The staff was super friendly & very helpful. Great location for us too."
