"Great all inclusive hotel for families with excellent facilities and fantastic food in terms of variety and quality as well as kind and attentive staff. The only negatives were that the staff did not explain well at all that the voucher for the a la carte restaurant gave a free meal and the umbrellas in the pool area were only allowed to be raised on 2 of the days in our week apparently due to the wind (so you had to go inside for shade). "Hotel was nice we got upgraded was a little bit of noise Saturday and Sunday but quiet rest. The internment was ok dancers and singers were good. I liked the restaurants lume and vangebond were very good and the bar staff were friendly but was very busy with huge hotel but everything was spot on. "Very friendly staff who were so warm and welcoming. The room itself was lovely and comfortable with lots of nice amenities. Situated in the Bugibba area where there is lots to do a short walk away, and lots of bus stops nearby to take us to different parts of Malta. A great stay!"

"We were hoping for a nice balcony with a view of the ocean. If we stood in just the right spot, we could just see the ocean between buildings at the back. The A/C was greatly appreciated but really caused excessive humidity in the room. We also didn't realize that the pool was across the road. Nice restaurants within walking distance."
