"Front desk is very professional, and the rooms are nice and spacious with clean sheets. However you can tell the hotel is extremely in need of maintenance, and housekeeping is stretched so thin that they are barely hanging in there - doing the minimum to keep the place running. Ultimately this hotel has had much better days, was probably a top luxury hotel once upon a time, but unfortunately, is being run into the ground."

"The Hotel was perfect for what I needed. It was close to the lakeside park, within walking distance of the beach. With easy transit from the main train station. The hotel had much to offer. A pool, a spa, a fitness center, and multiple restaurants and a bar. My sea view room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. The breakfast was extensive, decent quality. The only issue I had was that the music from the bar continued into the night. And it came through into my room as a slight muffled sound....

"Stayed in the junior suite with a beautiful sea view mid September 26 Lovely spacious clean room with a modern and practical design. The whole hotel has been recently decorated to a high standard couldn’t fault the cleanliness throughout. Our room was cleaned every day with fresh clean towels. The staff were all very friendly around the hotel making our holiday as relaxed and easy as we wanted. Reception was particularly helpful nothing was too much trouble for Stanislav and the team. "Other hotel guests were out of control, lying around reception on sofas for hours, shouting at each other. The experience at breakfast was a free for all, the waste of food by guests was not controlled, the management had lost control. I requested an additional bed at booking but got charged another 90 euro for a sofa bed. I have stayed at many hotels for business and pleasure and would say that this was one of my worst experiences in a long time, I would not recommend this hotel to any family...

"I booked a king room but was given a twin room instead, which affected my comfort and sleep throughout my stay. When I raised the issue, there was no apology or attempt to resolve it, and I was told to contact my travel agent instead. Management were dismissive and unhelpful when. Calling to reception and if call was answered by senior staff, on 2 occasions I requesting simple things such as milk and water was responded to rudely & unhelpfully. The dining experience was also disappointing,...

"We went during the end of the season (mid September) and everything was clearly shutting down - the snack bar closed 3 days early too. Pool wasn’t cleaned every night, was rarely used but when I went in, there was sand at the bottom and leaves floating. The buffet was the same every day, with poor choice for vegetarians (some foods were incorrectly labelled and I had to double check), and mid food at best. In the last days, they were running out of things so no longer had a choice of breads,...
