"had a very nice stay at Hótel Jökulsárlón. The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, I was very pleased with the accommodations. The only negative experience was during dinner at the restaurant. Our waiter never stopped by our table to ask how the food was, whether we needed anything, or if everything was satisfactory. At the same time, he appeared to be checking on the surrounding tables regularly. This made me feel overlooked and somewhat uncomfortable. I can't say for certain why this happened, but it gave the impression that we were being treated differently from other guests. Aside from that dining experience, the hotel itself was excellent, and I enjoyed my stay. I would recommend it for its clean facilities, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff."
