"Very noisy! The fact that you have to pay $40 a night to stay or park on the street somewhere.. that won't tow you. But Noisy and guests were not held to keeping quite.. going on till 4;30AM. Very disapointing to say the least."

"We had an amazing time at Zota Beach Resort. Food at the restaurants is 10/10. It is not necessary to leave the resort to find places to it. Amenities were in great conditions. Heated pool. Beautiful beach"

"Ok there is a lot this resort does right but can improve on some things. The activities for the kids are endless! Our group from 3-12 loved the waterslide on the beach & pool with the DJ/kids games was a lot of fun. The beach is beautiful and it perfect for young kids!! One of the biggest downsides is the elevators. They take forever to come and are often packed when you get one. I think this comes from the resort being older and not having any service elevators so the employees have to use the elevators as well which can often take them up. This resort is in need of some TLC as the rooms are dated and worn. The rug in our living room was fraying and some of the clips for the drapes were broken. Also during the stay my daughter had dropped a bag of chips in our room and while I did my best to clean it up there were still some small crumbs that needed vacuuming up. When housekeeping had not come by 3:30 I had called to check if they would be coming and was told that while they try to make it to every room each day they have been very busy so some days they have not been able to accommodate everyone. While they did come clean our room I do think this is worth noting if daily housekeeping is important to you. We did also find some dead bugs on the floor near the front window when we first got to our room so I don't think they do a really thorough job. Overall fun place but if you are expecting a higher end resort it is not for you. "

"Staff went above and beyond for everything! Truly impeccable service from the front desk to housekeeping, and maintenance to the restaurant wait staff. Even the on-site Starbucks barista! Truly we were blown away by the hospitality. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and the view of the water was great! Private little beach on the bay was lovely, too. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of healthy options and decadent ones too. Great spot to stay overall! "
