"Disappointing stay. The 2 out of 3 elevators didn’t work the whole 5 nights that we were there, including 0 elevators working one night. AC in our room was rubbish. We were staying there for our wedding - no gesture from the hotel. The morning of our wedding, at 6 am, false fire alarm goes off - again no gesture from the hotel. Even at the checkout the staff didn’t ask us if everything went well. Definitely not a 4 star hotel experience."

"Wunderbares Hotel für ein City-Trip nach Bordeaux. Es liegt etwas außerhalb dafür etwas ruhiger am See und man kann bequem mit der Tram in die Stadt fahren. Das Frühstück war extrem gut für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie. Etwas schade war, dass das Wasser am Abreisetag (evtl. aufgrund einer Baustelle?) im ganzen Viertel abgestellt wurde und man uns das nicht gesagt hat. "The hotel is a little gem just 30 mins outside of Bordeaux city. The building and rooms are beautiful, and the grounds stunning. We loved our room and it was very spacious with high ceilings. The pool was perfect for the heatwave as well! Food and drink were great but it doesn’t have a restaurant onsite - the staff prepare cold food but it was really tasty! We had a bit of an air con leak on arrival but the hotel got maintenance in the following day and fixed it quickly. Would definitely...

"Area was great and easy to navigate. Rooms were clean. Only thing about the room that could be improved is having the use of Netflix or other streaming services. They are smart tvs just no access to the menus for the tv."
