"We stayed for six nights, there was some fluff on the floor when we checked in, it was still there when we checked out!
One evening, we had a decent lunch so only wanted a snack in the evening. We both had ham sandwiches which while nice ham, no attempt had been made to present them, for example, a salad garnish would have gone a long way.
At breakfast the buffet was always running out of teaspoons, mugs for tea/coffee, marmalade, stupid things.

"This was a really disappointing day. We found the rooms were not very clean very dusty dirty corridors the whole hotel is dated. The problem is the cleanliness. When we had breakfast, the plates were not clean. The whole pool area was dirty. The toilet et cetera were not very nice. Wi-Fi was okay. Breakfast wasn’t great. "Really enjoyed our stay at the Falstaff in Canterbury. The hotel is in a great location to explore the city and there are lots of good restaurants to choose from in the area.
