"The staffs all very nice and ready to help. Rooms are big, breakfast is of high quality. We end up eating most lunch and dinner on premise, since they are high quality, inexpensive with mice view and live music. The room is quite clean, but we had a leaking pipe the third day, they switched us to a better one. "

"We purchased a day pass to enjoy the beautiful hot springs at Rio Perlas Thermal Resort & Spa, and it was absolutely worth it! The pools were relaxing and well-maintained, and we also went on a scenic hike that made the experience even more special. One of the highlights was visiting the farm and getting to pet the animals—it added such a fun, unique touch. We had an amazing time overall and definitely plan to return when we’re back in Costa Rica!"

"I have no idea how the property is. I made a reservation, but had to cancel due to a last minute issue that came up. I gave property 2+ weeks notice of the cancellation so that they can find someone else. Instead, they refused to try and find anyone else during that time and decided not to refund my booking!! This was during high season and they could've easily found someone else to take my time. Instead, they decided not to bother and just keep my payment. This is terrible customer...
