"Best hotel in Tlaxcala! The care for details is impressive. Since you arrive they give you a fresh Mexican drink made with cocoa. The place is 2 years old so everything is modern and beautiful. The rooms are huge and they put little gifts for the guests on the beds. Staff is super friendly and serviceable: everything I asked for they brought it to me immediately. "La habitación relax incluye una silla de masajes, me gusto que nos dan bebidas de cortesía, hay videojuegos y computadoras para los niños, billar y futbolito para los adultos. La alberca es pequeña, pero el agua es templada. fuimos en semana santa y el agua estaba un poco sucia, pero supongo que era por que habia mucha gente. El staff en general fue amable, solamente el encargado del bar andaba de malas, pero igual y por que habia demasiada gente. El buffete de desayuno esta muy bien. "
