"The room has a beautiful view of the ocean and Mount Etna. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and went the extra mile to help us. The swimming pool by the ocean is beautiful, though the water temperature in April was too cold to swim in. Buffet breakfast included a large variety of foods. The property seems a bit aged but we are 100% satisfied with the cleanliness of our room. "

"I stayed at the Ariston Hotel for two nights and, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing overall.
The hotel is very difficult to access, especially by car. The parking area is quite hard to reach, and navigating within the hotel itself is unnecessarily complex. Moving between different areas can be confusing and inconvenient.
The reception staff, in several instances, did not seem adequately prepared to assist guests or handle requests efficiently. This negatively impacted the overall...

"Everything was splendid. The only issue my husband and I had was the temperature in our room was hot. Because it’s not the summer, the A/C is controlled and couldn’t be turned on Cool. So the front desk suggested I open the balcony door and the room did get a lot cooler."

"Property is as shown in pics. Staff were wonderful and very attentive.
Breakfast was good
Pool was as shown with spectacular views
Not sure why but we were upgraded to a suite with outdoor patio and perfect views of bay and Mt Etna ..outstanding
Adrianna checked us in and we loved her energy and she gave wonderful suggestions for restaurants which turned out to be the best food we ate in Taromina
Would stay here every time and highly recommend"
