Struttura modesta in una location periferica.
Camera dozzinale,buia,lenzuola che non riuscivano a coprire tutto il materasso e con un top per da 1 cm inutile a dir poco inoltre e mal organizzata con impianto luci improponibile.

"I was incredibly surprised to find such a gem in Lugano. ALLthe staff (front desk, restaurant, gym, spa) were warm and welcoming and most important competent. The rooms are sparse but super clean and functional apartments. I enjoyed the spa services and products as well as the gym classes. The restaurant was the biggest surprise- should have a Michelin star. Excellent food, presentation and knowledgable and attentive staff. The view is gorgeous- i fact we saw an end to end rainbow one day...

"Incredible views of the lake! Located a little further from the hustle and bustle of the town which provided us the tranquil, peaceful environment we prefer. But still close enough that we could just walk nearby to enjoy the shops, restaurants and people watching when we're in the mood. The whole property is clean and meticulously maintained. "I booked a stay at this Filario Hotel, but fell we fell sick before the hotel stay. We reached out 24 hours prior to the hotel stay to see if we can switch to date ore receive a partial refund, but the hotel staff took the entire cost of the booking as they said it was nonrefundable when we booked it through expedia. We even provided a doctor's note, but they were not accommodating. The hotel staff and management were very late to respond despite multiple emails, just giving us the run around....
