"Stayed here for one night. Grounds are very pretty and hotel is based on the side of quite a steep hill so quite a lot of stairs and ramps. There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through. "The great thing about this hotel are the staff and the location, a short walk from the train station. The staff is so accommodating and wonderful - they are there to help you with anything you need and are always polite and cheerful. Rooms are absolutely beautiful and they keep them clean! The property is run down, broken pavement, untidy around the building and the lift area. Loud noise music every night till 1am… It wasn’t cheap to stay!!
