"Beautiful place, Mayo was amazing at the restaurant. We would just come back because of her! The views are amazing, staff very friendly, but you can tell that this place has seen better times."

"Hotel Continental Balneario The hotel is located in the heart of the Pyrenees mountains with a stunningly beautiful mountainside backdrop which is absolutely picturesque. The hotel has an extensive spa with thermal baths. It has its own in house restaurant and other restaurants on site. We ate in the hotel restaurant which was a tasty buffet style offering a wide range of salad, hot meals and deserts. All the staff were extremely friendly, polite and welcoming. This is a pristine place to...

"We loved this hotel - nice rooms and a comfortable bed. Beautiful gardens and the views from the patio are spectacular."

"Appalling service, no bar, no food in the hotel, 4 and half hours to get a taxi to the nearest town. Wonderful location, but no customer service what so ever, and an additional €100 if two people wish to use the pool for 1 hour"

"Very good stay, staff friendly, good restaurant and room up to my expectation !"

"Clean room, staff is wonderful and very helpful. Highly recommend staying here."

"Mountain View"

"No ski in or out No drinks in room not a 4star "

Parking facile, le tout à deux pas le frontière, et pas loin du petit train d'Artouste."

"Great stay"

"Very very friendly staff, good beer at the pool"

"Very clean to the town location. Free parking was on the street and close by. The staff was very accommodating and even exchanged rooms for us (single bed) at no charge. Very convenient (all walking distance) to all of the town’s activities."

"El hotel esta muy bien y el personal es super amable desde la recepción hasta la chica de la limpieza q era un encanto estuvimos muy agusto y ademas con nuestra mascota para repetir. "

We asked why we had not been informed, she said that she had been given specific instructions by the director Jose Canto, not to warn guests in advance of the problems. There were only three members of staff on the premises who were unable to offer any of the facilities advertised. As...
