Duplex room was nice, lounge and small bathroom with shower on lower level, large rooms upstairs with more beds and full bath. Upper room had wall dividing two spaces but no door. No AC but skylights provided good air. No in room coffee or tea

We paid for a balcony room and werent given this. our neighbors were noisy teenagers who played music and partied until 4 am (when you are on a ski trip you want to rest for the next day) but this was impossible. I called the reception multiple times but they did not help me warning our neighbors about the noise because they were very “busy”. It was very annoying and frustrating.

Pas de papier hygiénique dans la chambre, propreté douteuse… Après un changement de chambre, la nouvelle (avec vue sur un mur en béton) n’est pas au top de la maintenance non plus. Pas de climatisation, système télévision en berne, mini frigo en panne… où sont les 4 étoiles ? En conclusion, à éviter.

Un servicio inmejorable en dos detalles: mejora categoría habitación a vistas y extensión dos horas de salida. Y además con una sonrisa. Eso hace que uno piense seriamente en volver a pesar de la distancia

Piscine couverte non accessible pour ma fille de 5 ans, j'avais choisi cet hôtel pour la piscine... Etat général du mobilier de la chambre moyen. Propreté très passable, vitres sales, salle de bain limite. Le buffet vraiment mauvais. Pas une seule personne du staff qui parle français alors que la frontière est très proche.

El hotel está muy bien, el desayuno muy completo. La única pega es que hacia demasiado calor en la habitación y el termostato no funcionaba. Me parece que en general en el hotel tenian demasiado fuerte la calefacción
