The communal areas could do with sprucing up, some of the decor is a bit dated and the carpets are grubby, if they could get that right then they would be a potential big hitter in the premium country house sector which is full of high quality accommodation"

"Lovely hotel, room was big and spacious it had a very comfy bed, bathroom had a bath and shower. Great well equipped gym, huge pool, sauna and steamer all included in room rate for you to use at no extra price. Staff were all so polite and friendly. Grounds and golf course were beautiful with fabulous views from the restaurants.
