"This was our first time ever staying at an Omni, and we'll absolutely look for them in the future. The staff was INCREDIBLE and every single person was above and beyond lovely, helpful, and wonderful. We were slightly concerned because the property had a huge event and was sold out, but our stay was seamless aside from having to wait for the elevator. (who cares, really) I woke up one morning to a flooded bathroom, sent a quick text and staff were there fixing the sink in moments, and we even received a credit to the room - which I didn't ask for, and didn't expect. Great stay!"
