"Absolutely excellent stay at PURO Gdańsk! The hotel has such an amazing vibe — modern, stylish, welcoming, and comfortable from the moment you walk in. The design and atmosphere really make it feel like a luxury boutique experience while still being relaxed and inviting. The location is perfect. It’s just steps away from the river and surrounded by so many great restaurants, cafes, and bars, making it incredibly easy to explore the city on foot. Everything in the Old Town feels conveniently close. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, and the overall service throughout the stay was fantastic. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Gdańsk."

"The breakfast was pretty good but some mornings stuff was missing depending what time you got there and was never replenished. My biggest disappointment was I left an expensive phone charger in the room and contacted them about this on two separate occasions and both have been ignored. Very poor customer follow up."

"Room was great, location was great, we had wonderful massages in the spa, and we got A LOT for the prices. However, I was really disturbed by the fact that the apartments only lock from the outside. So, if one person goes out at night (as my adult daughter did), the other person is locked inside. In the event of a fire or other emergency, you would be in huge trouble. I do not know how this is even legal. We asked for two keys and were told that was not possible. This is shocking and for that reason alone I cannot recommend staying here if you are more than one adult person. "
