"This is a very upmarket hotel set in beautiful grounds and the whole establishment has been given much attention to detail. The result is the perfect venue for a holiday or a business meeting. However, there were a couple of issues on the last day of the three that had been booked. On our return from a day out we found our room key was disabled and the room itself incompletely serviced. "We hadden via hotels.com een kamer voor drie personen geboekt en betaald. In de bevestiging van het hotel bleek dit een tweepersoons kamer te zijn en moesten we bijbetalen voor een extra bed. Dit extra bed had 1 dun laken over de matras met vlekken (bloed?). Het ontbijt was zeer karig. Niet zoals op de foto's op de wand waar van alles op vermeld stond dat er niet was.
