"Great hotel! Beautiful spa (free to hotel guests) and the pool lead out to great sun area with a beautiful pond and fountain in the background. Just a very nice area and nice grounds. The only reason I ding the service is coz I ordered lunch (sandwiches) and waited an hour. Now to be fair there a large wedding but even so……"

"We stayed for 1night and after a busy day My son wanted to watch the chamions league final in the room ,but the television wouldn't let us share screens and it wasnt a smart television. (Not many channels either). The car park we used is next to the mercure hotel up the street and was vey tight multistory. The hotel ,room ,staff and food were excellent though. The hotel is very modern and clean. If you have a large suv type vehicle i wouldnt recommend the car park. If you want to watch telly...

"Lovely clean hotel, the reception area smelt amazing as we walked in. Noticed a very lovely bar area, umbrellas you could rent and an Uber machine. I thought these extra services were very clever to offer. The room was spacious, clean and well presented. The bathroom was also very modern and well designed. Very happy with our stay at the Hilton "

"I wasn’t very impressed with the breakfast. The support staff was limited, the pastries were warmed up from frozen, the filter coffee was only warm. Very small selection of fresh fruit, the berries were from a container I guess. Little cheese or cold meat and no fresh individual yoghurts. The hotel is very good and I was very happy with the parking. "

"Stayed for business and I have stayed here a few times. The main reason I stay is for the gym. It is much better equipped than most hotel gyms. I do think it is a bit much to charge hotel residents £7.50 for parking per night. If you are staying and paying a pretty penny for the privilege then the car parking should be included. I haven't eaten at the restaurant so cannot comment on the food. Overall a nice hotel. "

"Stayed here quite a few times. Perfect location, stylish, comfortable and clean with great service - what's not to like? And they welcome dogs which is another plus. If you are going on the right date then it can be good value - on busy weekends it's overpriced in my opinion but then I just stay elsewhere. "

"Hotel was easy to find and in a great location for our stay, opposite the Hippodrome made it perfect. We had a little wait whilst the staff found us room, we had requested a twin but they were unable to provide one not that it was a problem for us. Room was clean and tidy with a good view of the harbour and hippodrome. Unfortunately the hair dryer in the room did not work and we couldnt get the air conditioning to work. Breakfast was ok."
