"Wonderful location on the shore of the lake. Short walk to old town and neighborhood bars and restaurants. We rented the ebikes 3 times for a trip around the lake. "

"Loved Le Pelican! It is the perfect location to walk to old town Annecy, the lake, etc. The staff was so kind and friendly. The room was comfy and spacious. The breakfast was delicious. And we greatly appreciated the reusable water bottles and water fountains around the property. "

"Beautiful modern hotel and spa. Our room was a generous size and the balcony had a great view of both mountain and lake. Very helpful staff who arranged bike hire and spa treatments. Close to a big grassy beach. A good half hour walk to the old town, so evening restaurant choices are more limited, but there are some closer ones nonetheless, as well as one (Lona) in the hotel."

"Notre séjour c'est très bien passé et nous avons beaucoup apprécié le spa. Les chambres privilèges sont très grandes avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Les fontaines d'eau plate et gazeuse à l'étage sont très éco-responsables, par contre je conseille de mettre à disposition des chambres d'une carafe pour remplir d'eau et éviter de faire des allers-retours avec les verres pour se servir. Pour le spa, le prêt de serviettes de bain serait un plus afin d'éviter au client de devoir amener leurs...

"Sehr schön gelegen in ruhiger Umgebung. Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der eigene Parkplatz innerhalb der Hotelanlage ist Videoüberwacht. Das Abendessen im Restaurant M (im Hotel) war eher teuer, aber absolut den Preis wert. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Nebengebäude, da im Schloss bereits alles ausgebucht war. Gutes Zimmer mit modernem (neuwertigen) Bad und Klima. Absolut empfehlenswert."

"We loved our stay, highly recommend the spacious suite with a family. The pool is great, though there isn’t a shallow end and there is beach access. Only suggestion is to have a mini fridge in the room since there isn’t a restaurant on site."
