"We had a wonderful stay at UNAHOTELS Century and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Milan! We travelled to Milan to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday, and although I had some difficulties getting in touch with the hotel before our trip to arrange a little surprise, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. When I mentioned this at check-in, the staff member was genuinely apologetic and kindly upgraded our room. Later that afternoon, we were delighted to find a lovely...

"We had 2 nights at the hotel. and that is a bad experience. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we were a male receptionist. he has an unhappy attitude. action to put your feet on the table when talking (an act of disregarding customers). We spent 40 minutes waiting to get the room. Just because he said he couldn't find our name or Information. It was ridiculous because I ordered it 2 months in advance and paid. I gave a lot of evidence (booking code + booking confirmation email). but...

"The hotel's biggest advantage is its convenient location, very close to Milano Centrale, making it easy to get around Milan. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The hotel was undergoing construction during our stay, with a lot of noise from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., which made it difficult to relax. The property itself feels outdated and in need of renovation. The breakfast was particularly disappointing. The buffet only offered omelets, and if you wanted a sunny-side-up egg, you...

"The hotel is in a good location, just a short walk from the Metro, in a quiet and pleasant residential area. It is quite a traditional hotel and perhaps lacks some of the amenities and touches you might expect from a more modern four-star property. For example, while tea and coffee-making facilities were provided in the room, there was no milk available, and bottled water in the room was chargeable rather than complimentary. The bedroom was quite small, although I had booked a single room so...
