"I was initially reluctant to book the hotel due to some negative reviews but I'm not really sure why the reviews were bad. The room is a bit small but it is perfectly adequate, clean and thoughtfully designed. Yes the bathroom was translucent but don't think it was completely see through. It's only 5 minute walk to the terminal so the convenience was also a plus!"

"Worst experience I have ever had so far from a hotel.
Because of the time zone I made a mistake making my reservation through Expedia and i booked an extra day instead of only two days. At the airport from hometown, i sent a text to the hotel letting them know I made a mistake but I was on my way to get there. "Easy walk made this a much more enjoyable layover than it could have been. Spotless lounge , great breakfast with lots of fresh fruit and juices. We would definitely stay here again. "

"The hotel room was average, but it was incredibly comfortable and offered excellent value for the price. There were stains on the carpet, but I suppose that’s unavoidable. Even if you cleaned it thoroughly, the stains would still be there.
The manager, Fabian, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. He even allowed me to check out late, which I truly appreciated.
The amenities were amazing. There was an indoor pool, an excellent gym, a sanitarium, a sauna, a steam room, and Himalayan salt...

This is a decent place overall, but our room was very dark with poor lighting. There was also an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom, likely because there is no exhaust fan.
The shuttle service to Schiphol Airport is very convenient, which is a big plus. The hotel is adjacent to the Bastion Hotel and the buildings are connected, but access to the Best Western entrance is from the corner and is not very convenient.
We booked the room through Expedia and selected a room with breakfast, but...
