"We enjoyed our 3 night stay at Bãren. Extremely helpful staff, clean room and bath, and good location. There was no traffic noise at night. We appreciated the coffee and sparking water service in the lobby. All in all, an excellent value.
It rained a bit when we were there. We found we could walk to the railway station without getting wet! A definite plus. When we needed an umbrella for our walkabout, the staff were happy to supply now."

"There is not a full wall for the shower, and a 1/4" x 1/4" block to separate the shower from the rest of the bathroom, so prepare for water to be generally all over the wall and floor. There is also 3-in-1 soap/shampoo/conditioner, so make sure to bring your own if you have hair.
One of the workers let us check in a few minutes early; the self check in kiosk will not work if you arrive before 1500.

"Air conditioning did not work in the other rooms. I had three rooms as soon as not working any other rooms no matter what we tried. You didn’t talk with the staff. Got a little warm during the day work out for Cell is very limited. Staff was very pleasant hotel was very clean"

"Clean hotel near the train station at the west end of the old city, 5 minute walk to the Confederation Building and 10 to the Grossmunster Cathedral. They provided us a Swiss device charger connector. Has a fridge; so we ate a Simone breakfast in our room."
