"We had a clean, spacious, and bright room. The breakfast was delicious. The entrance may be a bit confusing at first, as you drive through an archway, but it is easy to go thorough. The location is good, just steps from the Old Bazaar and within walking distance of Skopje’s main monuments. The hotel is a great choice for both comfort and convenience."

"Stay at a different hotel. This one was beyond unacceptable when it came to cleanliness and customer service. The restaurants were both good. Housekeeping did not clean my bathroom on third day during my 8-day stay. I asked them to clean it for the next morning but course they didn't clean it nor did they clean it the third day. "Staff was not available upon arrival, front door did not work, both showers in our room were broken and the breakfast was sub-par. Room was of good size and location was close to attractions. "

"When we enter the room, there was no toilet paper and no shampoo or shower gel. We asked multiple times for shower gel but we only got some soap. My partner discovered a big cockroach in the bathroom and took a picture. We wanted to call reception at 10.30pm to ask about the WiFi but nobody was answering the phone after multiple trails. The room itself and the facility is good but we were really not satisfied with the service here."
