"We have just returned from staying at Elpida Village. The setting is lovely and the views are stunning. The shuttle bus to the beach was very handy. Our room was great, with very welcome a/c. Plenty of space for our clothes too. My only complaint really was that the shower was far too small and I didn't like the shower curtain. I am an average size person and even I found it difficult to shower without flooding the floor. But that was a minor inconvenience. The staff were lovely and...

"The staff was warm, smiley, and courteous. There was an issue with the room, and it was handled quickly and efficiently. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel owner was a pleasant person who came to talk with us, gave us tips on where to travel, and asked for our suggestions on how to improve the hospitality. It was definitely an excellent experience in Crete, and we will surely return there next time."

"We really enjoyed our week at the hotel, however there were a few things that could make the holiday experience a lot better. First of all, the “all inclusive” drinks selection was very poor and came in small plastic cups. There was only entertainment in the evening for one night so the nights were quite boring.
