We were placed in a basement unit despite booking what was advertised as a “premier house.” It’s not suitable for six guests. we were only five and still found it inadequate. Basic essentials were lacking: just two rolls of toilet paper for six days (the host was arguing with us that there was more even though we have picture proof there was two), towels smelled of mildew, and not enough sheets for the beds we requested. "Hot tub was empty, air conditioner didn’t work so the temperature inside was 25 Celsius most of the time. They promised to have someone come out to help and they never came. Dead bugs stuck to walls, mouldy bathroom. Definitely not a “Luxury” stay or worth the price "
