"We found a bug crawling on our bedsheets, the receptionist didn't show any reaction, she refused to switch out room, we went out, when we came back found out luggage is the hallway outside our room, and the room didn't even get cleaned. Receptionist Brooklyn didn't even apologize for that I got the name of the manager I sent her an email and it's been a week the manage of didn't even respond to my email. I don't recommend this hotel at all I have pictures and video of that insect."

"Not good place of yiu have kids. TV is almost 20 years old. Doesn't show anything on TV. I paid 235 for one night which was too much for the facilities provided."
