"The staff were freindly and helpful, our roo. Was large, clean and comfortable with air-conditioning. The hotel was on the outskirts of Vienna ehich is normally serviced by a direct train and easy to get to, unfortunatelythere were works on the line duringour stay, but this is nothing to do with the hotel. Its opposite a large shopping park that is on foot. Overall we were satisfied with our stay."

"Hotel itself was top - just as described. Room was large enough, bed new and it was quiet. Staff were nice. The area surrounding is a series of massive outlet shops and the Westfield shopping centre. Tram is the only public transport into the centre and the station lies outside of the central Vienna fare zone. "

"Let me start with the only negative: the breakfast was cold. The boiled or fried eggs and sausages were cold (you would expect warm but no, cold) . If you want something warm for breakfast, I’d recommend going to nearby cafes. But the dining room’s atmosphere is amazing! The unique vibe and architecture make it unmissable.
