"Beautiful hotel! Would recommend and stay again!"

"One of the beds had part of the metal frame sticking out of it about 4 inches that was very very sharp. Staff did not respond well to an emergency. Someone was sent up to look at the broken frame but just moved it more under the bed (still was sticking out far enough to cause another injury). They were unable to find a medical/first aid kit when asked. It took asking 3 people to finally get an incident report. Management never responded, you would think staff would take an injury/room repair...

"The hotel was good overall. The rooms were spacious and had everything I needed. A big hats off to the housekeeping team—the rooms were impeccably clean. The front desk staff was friendly, but they weren’t able to help me with the only issue I had. I booked through Expedia because the room photos advertised bathrooms with glass shower doors, which is an important feature for me. When I arrived, my room had a shower curtain instead.
