I'm disappointed with our recent hotel experience. We booked a relaxing birthday trip for my wife, but the hotel was crowded with unmanaged children and noisy guests. The pool was unmonitored, and my wife was injured by a ball. The staff seemed overwhelmed and didn't manage the crowd effectively. Expected better service from Marriott and plan to raise this issue with them. "

"Staff were amazing, rooms a bit dated but could not fault the amazing food we ate on site! Great breakfast and fab meals in Fusion and The Rib Room!
Highly recommend an evening in The Pin, book ahead for the games."

"The room was very warm despite attempts to adjust the thermostat. The portable fan was mildly helpful. Otherwise, it was a positive experience overall. Great location."

"The hall is beautiful with nice gardens and lots of character.
Unfortunately the spa was very full and therefore not enjoyable and we had a terrible nights sleep because there is zero soundproofing, we could hear everything from the room above us and any movement in the corridor.
I particularly loved our characterful room and view and the surprise jetted bathtub, but even though we turned the radiators off the large pipes throughout the room were still providing too much heat so we had to...

"Room was clean and staff friendly. TV only had 2 channels that worked and when you flush the toilet the bedroom walls shook as if something was going to errupt from within. Breakfast was a disapointment and not worth. It was meant to serve until 10:30 but at 9am it was like locusts had attacked. Whilst hot food did eventually get restocked the pastries etc didnt. "
